Actuellement, les experts en donn\u00e9es sont tr\u00e8s difficiles \u00e0 trouver sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Actuellement, 6 pour cent des entreprises d\u00e9clarent employer des sp\u00e9cialistes des mod\u00e8les commerciaux ax\u00e9s sur les donn\u00e9es. Mais 15 pour cent pr\u00e9voient d'en embaucher \u00e0 l'avenir. Pourtant, 4 pour cent seulement des entreprises qui ont actuellement des postes \u00e0 pourvoir affirment qu'il est plut\u00f4t facile de les occuper - 58 pour cent ont en revanche plut\u00f4t du mal et 38 pour cent ont m\u00eame beaucoup de mal. Ce sont les r\u00e9sultats d'une enqu\u00eate repr\u00e9sentative men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 604 entreprises de plus de 20 salari\u00e9s en Allemagne pour le compte de l'association num\u00e9rique Bitkom. Ce sont surtout les grandes entreprises qui misent aujourd'hui sur les Data Scientists et veulent continuer \u00e0 augmenter leurs effectifs.
