Le nouveau nom : Customer Center of Expertise, CCoE. Mais l'orientation du CCoE fait encore l'objet de discussions au sein de la communaut\u00e9 SAP. L'id\u00e9e partenariale de donner et de recevoir - c'est-\u00e0-dire une situation classique de gagnant-gagnant - ne s'est pas encore manifest\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e8re S\/4. Un mod\u00e8le de cloud coh\u00e9rent pour un CCoE fait \u00e9galement d\u00e9faut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la volont\u00e9 de poursuivre cette id\u00e9e de support de premier niveau et de l'adapter \u00e0 la transformation num\u00e9rique est pr\u00e9sente chez SAP, DSAG, les partenaires et bien s\u00fbr les clients existants. Il reste \u00e0 trouver le bon emplacement : Quels avantages les clients existants de SAP doivent-ils recevoir pour la mise en place d'un CCoE sur site ou bas\u00e9 sur le cloud ? Toutefois, SAP, les partenaires et les clients existants doivent \u00eatre conscients de ce nouveau r\u00f4le. Dans les mois \u00e0 venir, il sera n\u00e9cessaire de discuter davantage de ce sujet.
