Les plates-formes cloud de SAP de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ne se comptent plus. Il s'agissait toujours de cloud computing, mais avec des noms de produits qui changeaient \u00e0 chaque fois. Le dernier communiqu\u00e9 de presse de SAP s'intitule donc sans surprise : \"Succ\u00e8s dans le cloud : SAP remod\u00e8le son offre de services et de support\". Les offres qui ont fait leurs preuves, dont MaxAttention, Preferred Success et Enterprise Support, restent en place. S'y ajoutent, en compl\u00e9ment et en remplacement, Essential, Advanced et Select Success Experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintenant, le client SAP existant pourrait dire en toute d\u00e9contraction : les noms ne sont que du vent. Mais les nouveaux produits et noms de produits ont un impact direct sur la liste de prix SAP et celle-ci est d\u00e9j\u00e0 compliqu\u00e9e. Pour permettre aux clients de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d'une flexibilit\u00e9 maximale, SAP met \u00e0 disposition les trois niveaux de \"Success Experience\" mentionn\u00e9s, qui doivent tenir compte des exigences individuelles des clients et des approches de mise en \u0153uvre. Ce que SAP n'a pas encore r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9, c'est s'il y aura \u00e9galement un Essential, un Advanced et un Select Rise with SAP. Il y a donc encore beaucoup de \"Room for Improvement\" pour guider les clients SAP existants vers le Cloud, ou simplement pour les embrouiller davantage.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le proverbe est bien connu : Beaucoup de cuisiniers g\u00e2chent la bouillie.
