Les crit\u00e8res de satisfaction portaient sur le logiciel, le partenaire de maintenance, le partenaire d'impl\u00e9mentation et le projet d'introduction. L'utilit\u00e9 de l'utilisation du CRM a \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9e, tout comme les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'introduction et \u00e0 l'exploitation du CRM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l'ensemble, les utilisateurs sont tout \u00e0 fait satisfaits de leurs solutions CRM et de leurs partenaires logiciels : lorsqu'on les interroge sur la satisfaction globale du syst\u00e8me, la note moyenne est de 2 plus (1,92). L'\u00e9valuation moyenne de la satisfaction avec le partenaire de maintenance dans son ensemble \u00e9tait m\u00eame un peu plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (1,9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l'on examine de plus pr\u00e8s les diff\u00e9rents aspects de la satisfaction, on obtient une image nettement plus nuanc\u00e9e. Alors que des aspects tels que la stabilit\u00e9 et la fonctionnalit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me ou l'accessibilit\u00e9 et la comp\u00e9tence du fournisseur confirment tout \u00e0 fait les bonnes \u00e9valuations, d'autres r\u00e9servent manifestement l'une ou l'autre mauvaise surprise : Les syst\u00e8mes CRM obtiennent de moins bonnes notes notamment pour les aspects li\u00e9s au syst\u00e8me, \u00e0 savoir les formulaires et les \u00e9valuations, l'utilisation mobile, l'adaptabilit\u00e9 et la documentation.
