Lo cual, seamos sinceros, no es m\u00e1s que un intento de SAP de hacer de la necesidad virtud. La empresa de ERP hizo una apuesta arriesgada al adquirir Qualtrics por 8.000 millones de d\u00f3lares, cuando las estimaciones iniciales situaban su valor de mercado entre 4.000 y 5.000 millones de d\u00f3lares, y no le sali\u00f3 bien. Hay que ser bueno para admitirlo, y respeto la decisi\u00f3n del CEO de SAP, Christian Klein. En parte, porque est\u00e1 claro que no fue idea de los clientes. La decisi\u00f3n de Klein es un raro caso en el que \u00e9l y su equipo directivo no dependieron de los clientes para se\u00f1alar los puntos d\u00e9biles, pero a\u00fan queda mucho por hacer en ese
