El objetivo era conocer mejor las actitudes de los empleados de grandes empresas de Estados Unidos y Europa hacia las tecnolog\u00edas de automatizaci\u00f3n empresarial y la \"humanizaci\u00f3n\" de la relaci\u00f3n con el cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la luz de la pandemia del Covid 19, esta cuesti\u00f3n se hace a\u00fan m\u00e1s acuciante para las organizaciones. Las actuales pol\u00edticas de distanciamiento social -que separan a las empresas de sus clientes- ponen de manifiesto la necesidad de aprovechar el potencial de la tecnolog\u00eda para reforzar las relaciones con los clientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cuesti\u00f3n clave aqu\u00ed es si las tecnolog\u00edas de automatizaci\u00f3n empresarial crean mejores experiencias para los clientes, permitiendo a las empresas anticiparse y satisfacer mejor las necesidades de sus clientes, creando relaciones m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidas con ellos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 82% de los participantes en el estudio coinciden en que las empresas deben centrarse en aumentar el factor humano como parte de la interacci\u00f3n con el cliente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, s\u00f3lo cuatro de cada diez encuestados consideran que el modo en que su empresa utiliza la automatizaci\u00f3n ayuda \"en gran medida\" a establecer relaciones m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidas con los clientes.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\"S\u00f3lo hasta cierto punto\", dicen el 65% de los participantes en un estudio de Appian.
