Fuente: Adito<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta afirmaci\u00f3n recibi\u00f3 el mayor \u00edndice de aprobaci\u00f3n del estudio: el 76% estaba de acuerdo con ella. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto tambi\u00e9n coincide con el hecho de que tres cuartas partes de los participantes en el estudio consideran que el desarrollo continuo de la estrategia CRM es un factor de \u00e9xito importante o muy importante para la gesti\u00f3n de clientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el estudio tambi\u00e9n se preguntaba por los factores limitantes. La escasez de recursos impidi\u00f3 al 45% implantar el software. El hecho de que el software seleccionado no se ajustara a los procesos de la empresa fren\u00f3 al 33%.
