As\u00ed lo demuestra un estudio de ServiceNow.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"En mi opini\u00f3n personal, los CIO desempe\u00f1an un papel decisivo en la aplicaci\u00f3n de estrategias de digitalizaci\u00f3n, incluso o m\u00e1s aqu\u00ed en Alemania. Sin embargo, los CIO se enfrentan al reto de aprovechar plenamente el impacto potencial de la digitalizaci\u00f3n. Esto se debe a los puntos d\u00e9biles de la empresa que socavan la estrategia de digitalizaci\u00f3n. Las cifras tambi\u00e9n lo demuestran en el caso de Alemania.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Para conseguir un impacto real con una estrategia de digitalizaci\u00f3n, los CIO tienen que comprometerse con las personas y los procesos de la empresa. Es un reto integrar las TI en todas las \u00e1reas de negocio y vincularlas a los objetivos empresariales. Si consiguen hacerlo, los CIO podr\u00e1n mejorar la innovaci\u00f3n, los resultados empresariales y el rendimiento de los empleados\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p>comenta John Donahoe, CEO de
