Seg\u00fan un reciente estudio comparativo, estas se enfrentan cada vez m\u00e1s a una redefinici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la encuesta realizada a m\u00e1s de 200 directores de ventas y marketing, s\u00f3lo una quinta parte de ellos est\u00e1 muy satisfecha con su situaci\u00f3n actual en la gesti\u00f3n de clientes, y para otro 31% esto se aplica con algunas reservas.<\/p>\n<p>Esto significa que la proporci\u00f3n de empresas en las que existe una clara insatisfacci\u00f3n con las condiciones de CRM ha aumentado un once por ciento en el plazo de un a\u00f1o. Los principales motivos de las valoraciones cr\u00edticas por parte de los usuarios radican sobre todo en deficiencias evidentes de los procesos de CRM.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed, siete de cada diez encuestados ven una clara necesidad de optimizaci\u00f3n. Lo mismo ocurre con la orientaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de la gesti\u00f3n de clientes, que actualmente no est\u00e1 suficientemente clara seg\u00fan el
