Dado que los empleados suelen pagar los gastos de viaje por adelantado, tienen gran inter\u00e9s en que se les reembolsen r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n<p>Si la liquidaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 automatizada, el tiempo medio de tramitaci\u00f3n de un informe de gastos de viaje es de aproximadamente una semana. Si la liquidaci\u00f3n se hace manualmente, los empleados tienen que esperar alrededor de media semana m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>No es raro que tarde de dos a tres semanas, sobre todo si las liquidaciones son incorrectas. Las declaraciones de gastos de viaje incorrectas prolongan el proceso. Cuanto mayor sea el porcentaje de errores, m\u00e1s tardar\u00e1 el reembolso.<\/p>\n<p>Si la empresa dispone de un software de viajes, \u00e9ste registra los datos antes de que comience el viaje y se\u00f1ala los problemas.
