En lugar de fomentar la autoorganizaci\u00f3n de los equipos (17%), las empresas tienden a optimizar los procesos existentes (64%).<\/p>\n<p>Aumentar la eficiencia tambi\u00e9n es m\u00e1s importante (62%) que ampliar la agilidad (48%). Sin embargo, cada vez m\u00e1s empleados participan en proyectos digitales junto con tareas operativas. Esto crea tensiones: el 86 % de los encuestados ve conflictos en la priorizaci\u00f3n entre tareas de proyecto y de l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Equilibrio
