Es comprensible que SAP quiera poner acentos en este din\u00e1mico mercado. El fabricante de software debe demostrar que C\/4 Hana es algo m\u00e1s que una \"etiqueta de marketing\".<\/p>\n<p>Con C\/4 Hana, se espera un producto que ofrezca un enfoque de soluci\u00f3n coherente e integrado que agrupe las soluciones SAP de marketing, ventas y atenci\u00f3n al cliente, que ahora son dif\u00edciles de gestionar. El paso hacia la consolidaci\u00f3n es correcto y bueno.<\/p>\n<p>Como \u00f3rgano representativo de los usuarios de SAP en los pa\u00edses de habla alemana, estamos convencidos de que el fabricante de software est\u00e1 afrontando los retos derivados de este proceso de consolidaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Especialmente en un mercado de clientes existente, como el que tenemos en la regi\u00f3n DACH, la atenci\u00f3n se centra en cuestiones de valor a\u00f1adido, escenarios de conversi\u00f3n y la correspondiente asistencia.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, consideramos que SAP tiene el deber de responder a las preguntas en una fase temprana y, como comunidad de usuarios, estamos encantados de ofrecer apoyo.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la conferencia de usuarios Sapphire, SAP present\u00f3 el nuevo paquete de programas C\/4 Hana.
