El componente de cadena de bloques integrado hace que la verificaci\u00f3n de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio sea segura frente a cualquier manipulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Junto con NTT Data, estamos trabajando para integrar Smart SLA en los procesos de gesti\u00f3n de servicios inform\u00e1ticos existentes, con el fin de controlar y documentar mejor el rendimiento de los servicios.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los KPI relacionados con la calidad pueden vincularse y medirse, validarse y evaluarse con respecto a los objetivos en tiempo real.
