La plataforma Gigya de gesti\u00f3n de accesos e identidades de clientes ayuda a las empresas a establecer relaciones digitales con sus clientes.<\/p>\n<p>En concreto, permite gestionar los perfiles, las preferencias y la configuraci\u00f3n de permisos y consentimientos de los clientes, manteni\u00e9ndoles en todo momento en pleno control de sus datos.<\/p>\n<p>El consentimiento y el registro se llevan a cabo a trav\u00e9s de la soluci\u00f3n Registration-as-a-Service de Gigya, que tiene en cuenta las normativas actuales de protecci\u00f3n de datos espec\u00edficas de cada pa\u00eds y los requisitos de cumplimiento, as\u00ed como el Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos (RGPD) de la UE.<\/p>\n<p>Gigya gestiona actualmente 1.300 millones de identidades de clientes que las empresas utilizan para construir y mantener relaciones individuales con los clientes. La tecnolog\u00eda ofrece nuevas funcionalidades a los consumidores independientemente del canal o punto de contacto, crea perfiles detallados e inteligentes y permite a departamentos como ventas, atenci\u00f3n al cliente y marketing personalizar sus contenidos en funci\u00f3n del consentimiento.<\/p>\n<p>La adquisici\u00f3n marca ahora el inicio de una nueva fase de esta cooperaci\u00f3n.
