Un nuevo estudio realizado por PAC en nombre de Materna muestra que esto tambi\u00e9n se produce en el contexto de tener que reaccionar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente a las tendencias del mercado.<\/p>\n<p>En la pr\u00e1ctica, muchas empresas no se sienten suficientemente preparadas para abrir nuevos caminos en el di\u00e1logo con los clientes.
