Tambi\u00e9n quieren mejorar su software de RRHH en t\u00e9rminos de an\u00e1lisis de datos, usabilidad, soporte m\u00f3vil y flujos de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las tareas m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles en materia de recursos humanos, los directivos encuestados sit\u00faan la planificaci\u00f3n de la sucesi\u00f3n (60%), la gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento (58%) y la promoci\u00f3n de especialistas y directivos (57%).
