El nuevo nombre: Customer Centre of Expertise, CCoE. Pero la orientaci\u00f3n del CCoE todav\u00eda se est\u00e1 debatiendo en la comunidad SAP. La idea de asociaci\u00f3n de dar y recibir -es decir, una situaci\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica en la que todos ganan- a\u00fan no se ha manifestado en la era S\/4. Tambi\u00e9n falta un modelo de nube coherente para un CCoE. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero la voluntad de continuar con esta idea de soporte de primer nivel y adaptarla a la transformaci\u00f3n digital est\u00e1 presente en SAP, la DSAG, los socios y, por supuesto, los clientes existentes. Queda por encontrar el lugar adecuado: \u00bfQu\u00e9 beneficios deber\u00edan recibir los clientes existentes de SAP por configurar un CCoE on-prem o basado en la nube? Muchas preguntas e ideas: Algunas respuestas y perspectivas se pueden encontrar en la grabaci\u00f3n de cincuenta minutos <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/LkIR1fmjKj8.\" target=\"_blank\">Livestreams<\/a> en el <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCFs4GUnDLmfmLpugC7PjwXw\" target=\"_blank\">Canal YouTube del E-3<\/a>Un CCC recauchutado tendr\u00e1 que explicar y personalizar los procesos empresariales dentro de S\/4. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El CCoE desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1 un papel activo en la transformaci\u00f3n digital y, por tanto, contribuir\u00e1 m\u00e1s que nunca al \u00e9xito de SAP con los clientes existentes. Sin embargo, tanto SAP como los partners y los clientes existentes deben ser conscientes de este nuevo papel. Hay una mayor necesidad de debate en este sentido en los pr\u00f3ximos meses.
