This is where the CIO and CDO have an opportunity. With empathy and communication, it is precisely now that employees and corporate management can be taken along on the path of digital transformation.<\/p>\n<p>Everything is being put to the test - including traditional roles, organizational structures and methods. It is therefore only logical that agile leadership and agile methods have moved into focus and, at the same time, resilience has risen to become the top goal of corporate management. This is the only way to expand competitive advantages and proactively drive innovation and new business models.<\/p>\n<p>This shows once again that digital transformation is first and foremost a cultural issue.
