An acquisition rarely comes alone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Following the acquisition of Infogix in June 2021, Precisely takes
now targeting the next company for acquisition.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Precisely plans to acquire Winshuttle. The announcement follows the completion of Precisely's acquisition of data governance software provider Infogix. Financial details of both agreements were not disclosed. <\/p>

With Winshuttle, Precisely acquires a manufacturer of software for comprehensive process automation and master data management. This enables large volumes of data to be managed, transferred and validated across different systems, including SAP ERP, and high standards of compliance and standards management to be maintained. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cloud-native is half the battle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The cooperation between Microsoft and Trend Micro includes the development of cloud-native cybersecurity solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration between the two companies aims to protect the joint customer base more effectively and includes both the development of cloud-based cybersecurity solutions on Microsoft Azure and the creation of co-selling opportunities. Trend Micro's extensive security expertise, paired with Azure's cloud computing platform, will help joint customers further advance their digital transformation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remote work specialist acquired<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

q.beyond acquires a specialized collaboration company.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Datac primarily relies on Microsoft products such as Office 365 and Teams to support its customers in digital work initiatives. With this acquisition, q.beyond is expanding its existing expertise in the digital workplace, gaining a location in Augsburg in an attractive economic environment and thus further expanding its strong position in this highly dynamic market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

q.beyond CEO J\u00fcrgen Hermann explains: \"The digital workplace is the linchpin of the modern mobile office and therefore a key element of any digital transformation. The pandemic and the associated requirement for companies to provide their employees with the right tools for working from home have further increased the demand for these solutions.\" <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two companies together already support more than 150,000 digital workstations. Hermann emphasizes: \"With Datac, we have found exactly the right company to expand our Microsoft business and drive forward the digital transformation of our customers.\" <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the combined expertise in this area, q.beyond is planning to set up a Microsoft Excellence Center. Together, the two companies want to expand their sales activities and provide customers with comprehensive support in the digitalization of their workplaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growing threats<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Information Services Group (ISG) has launched a global cybersecurity business unit. The unit is designed to help clients manage the growing threat of cyberattacks in increasingly connected and vulnerable technology environments. ISG Cybersecurity is a vendor-independent business unit that helps enterprise clients manage the exponential growth of cyberattackers and the growing complexity of cybersecurity operating models. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The expanded offering includes dedicated cybersecurity experts operating in the world's most important markets. ISG's cybersecurity offering includes strategy and assessments, operating model design and implementation, security architecture, solution design and selection. The company's cybersecurity solutions utilize industry-leading benchmark data from real-world client projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ISG Cybersecurity draws on an ecosystem of global partners. If required, they can implement the solutions previously defined with ISG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Strengthening enterprise IT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Open source is becoming increasingly important due to the growing focus on future topics such as IoT and process automation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allgeier is also certain of this. This is why the SAP partner company is taking over the open source specialist IT-Novum from KAP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this acquisition, Allgeier is sharpening its profile in the fields of open source-based software solutions and public sector clients and driving forward innovation topics such as smart city, IoT, digital processes and robotic process management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Syntax strengthens SAP expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Syntax acquires the Canadian consulting company for SAP system integration and management Illumiti. The SAP Platinum Partner is headquartered in Toronto. Thanks to the acquisition and the combined expertise, customers will benefit from comprehensive technical and functional integration of their SAP solutions in future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Illumiti will operate as an independent subsidiary and offer all solutions from the Syntax portfolio. Syntax is also expanding its business in Europe via an Illumiti branch in Zurich. Illumiti's customers will now have direct access to Syntax's portfolio of services - from infrastructure and application managed services (ITIM and AMS) to services relating to the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and digital manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Walking together<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With C-level expertise in the digitalization of financial processes, Verovis brings a complementary solution portfolio to Valantic.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within six years, Verovis has developed into a trusted partner at CFO level. Compared to its competitors, Verovis differentiates itself through its holistic consulting approach and supports projects from the design of the control logic to the implementation of company-wide database and software solutions, which now extend far beyond the traditional finance area. SNP and All for One expand partnership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The partnership includes the expansion of joint projects to the upper midmarket and the acquisition of additional SNP software by All for One.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following a successful start, SNP is expanding its partnership with All for One from Filderstadt. As a consulting and IT group, All for One supports over 2,500 customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland in transforming their companies and expanding their competitiveness through digitalization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contract that has now been signed has a volume of additional software licenses in the mid-single-digit million range and is aimed at the upper midmarket segment. With the additionally acquired SNP software, All for One intends to enable companies with 1,000 SAP users or more to make a quick and secure switch to S\/4 Hana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to expanding the target group, the range of services will also be extended and M&A projects will now also be served. The contract term remains at eight years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
