The announcement follows the completion of Precisely's acquisition of data governance software provider Infogix. With this acquisition, q.beyond is expanding its existing expertise in the digital workplace, gaining a location in Augsburg in an attractive economic environment and thus further expanding its strong position in this highly dynamic market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>q.beyond CEO J\u00fcrgen Hermann explains:<em> \"The digital workplace is the linchpin of the modern mobile office and therefore a key element of any digital transformation. The pandemic and the associated requirement for companies to provide their employees with the right tools for working from home have further increased the demand for these solutions.\" <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two companies together already support more than 150,000 digital workstations. ISG's cybersecurity offering includes strategy and assessments, operating model design and implementation, security architecture, solution design and selection. The company's cybersecurity solutions utilize industry-leading benchmark data from real-world client projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ISG Cybersecurity draws on an ecosystem of global partners. If required, they can implement the solutions previously defined with ISG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strengthening enterprise IT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Open source is becoming increasingly important due to the growing focus on future topics such as IoT and process automation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allgeier is also certain of this. This is why the SAP partner company is taking over the open source specialist IT-Novum from KAP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this acquisition, Allgeier is sharpening its profile in the fields of open source-based software solutions and public sector clients and driving forward innovation topics such as smart city, IoT, digital processes and robotic process management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\"The combination of innovative open source technologies, attractive customers from the public and private sectors and in-depth process knowledge of solutions for key innovation and growth topics was very appealing to us\"<\/em>says Hubert Rohrer, CEO of Allgeier. <em>\"Our goal is to offer our customers modern, data-driven digitalization topics in order to better meet the high demand for digital transformation solutions. The SAP Platinum Partner is headquartered in Toronto. Thanks to the acquisition and the combined expertise, customers will benefit from comprehensive technical and functional integration of their SAP solutions in future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Illumiti will operate as an independent subsidiary and offer all solutions from the Syntax portfolio. Syntax is also expanding its business in Europe via an Illumiti branch in Zurich. Illumiti's customers will now have direct access to Syntax's portfolio of services - from infrastructure and application managed services (ITIM and AMS) to services relating to the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and digital manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Walking together<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>With C-level expertise in the digitalization of financial processes, Verovis brings a complementary solution portfolio to Valantic.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within six years, Verovis has developed into a trusted partner at CFO level. As a consulting and IT group, All for One supports over 2,500 customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland in transforming their companies and expanding their competitiveness through digitalization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The contract that has now been signed has a volume of additional software licenses in the mid-single-digit million range and is aimed at the upper midmarket segment. With the additionally acquired SNP software, All for One intends to enable companies with 1,000 SAP users or more to make a quick and secure switch to S\/4 Hana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to expanding the target group, the range of services will also be extended and M&amp;A projects will now also be served.
