Time-consuming manual entries and other administrative tasks around mentoring programs should no longer be necessary thanks to comprehensive automation.<\/p>\n

With the new mentoring features of the SuccessFactors Career & Development application, mentors are automatically matched by skills and competencies to ensure equitable and inclusive mentoring.\"Ludlow\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Metrics-driven analytics, real-time scheduled feedback, and reports provide HR professionals with the ability to efficiently track employee progress and development.<\/p>\n

The matching process takes into account criteria such as skills, competencies and location. From this, recommendations can be derived immediately to ensure that all mentees are a perfect match for their mentors - a task that often takes up to three weeks if done manually.<\/p>\n

Reports and metrics dashboards make it easier to monitor success. And thanks to tight integration with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite and SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite, mentoring capabilities can be integrated with talent management processes such as onboarding, learning, and succession planning.<\/p>\n

With up-to-date data, direct access to the employee profile or job information, and a dedicated workspace, HR is well equipped for continuous talent management.<\/p>\n

Mentoring as part of SuccessFactors Succession & Development is now available for release in the fourth quarter of 2016.<\/p>\n

Advanced recruiting<\/h3>\n

SAP has also added the Career Site Builder module to the SuccessFactors Recruiting solution.<\/p>\n

This is designed to enable HR and recruiting executives to easily design, build and manage consumer app-style career portals.<\/p>\n

With Career Site Builder, recruiters now have a content management system for career portals at their fingertips that allows them to quickly and easily create job websites optimized for mobile devices and revise them in a straightforward manner.<\/p>\n
