Kevin Thompson becomes new CEO of Tricentis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Kevin Thompson<\/strong> has been appointed Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Tricentis. The previous CEO, Sandeep Johri, will leave the company but remain associated with Tricentis as a member of the board. Thompson has extensive experience leading global technology companies and is a seasoned executive and cloud software thought leader. From 2006 to 2010, Thompson was CFO and COO at SolarWinds, where he subsequently served as president and CEO from 2010 to 2020. Prior to SolarWinds, Thompson was SVP and CFO of analytics provider SAS and EVP and CFO of software company Red Hat. During his time at SolarWinds, Thompson played a critical role in the company's growth as well as its path to an IPO in 2009, and was also instrumental in its privatization in 2016 and second IPO in 2018. \"I am delighted to join a company that has the potential to truly transform the software industry and add immense value to businesses worldwide<\/em>\" Thompson explains. \"Joining as CEO provides an opportunity to lead Tricentis into the next phase of growth, expand the company's market leadership, and continue to deliver the leading AI-driven end-to-end continuous testing platform to accelerate software delivery and innovation.<\/em>\" <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Longstanding SNP Managing Director hands over the reins<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Stefan Lampl<\/strong> takes over as Managing Director of SNP in Austria. He succeeds Gerald Huhn, who is retiring after 24 years. Lampl brings with him more than 20 years of consulting and sales experience in the technology sector, particularly in the SAP environment, as well as extensive market knowledge. Among other things, he was responsible for large SAP projects, business transformations and consulting areas at SAP and held various sales roles at Austrian SAP license and consulting partners. Michael Eberhardt, CEO of SNP, is delighted to have found a suitable successor for the long-standing and esteemed Managing Director Gerald Huhn within his own ranks: \"Gerald has worked for the company with great passion and impressive success for over two decades and has helped SNP to become well known as a likeable brand ambassador, not only in Austria. New management position at Tech Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Alexander Kremer<\/strong> will head the Ad-vanced Solutions division at Tech Data in the future and, together with Country Manager Michael Sewald and his management team, will continue to drive the positive development of the company. Kremer has over 30 years of experience in distribution and has been with Tech Data since 2010, where he was most recently an authorized signatory and Director Channel Marketing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The enthusiastic outdoor sportsman (hiking and running) and Vespa freak is characterized above all by his entrepreneurial thinking and actions, his ability to work in a team and his customer orientation. All this and his experience and expertise in IT distribution have now given him the next step in his career. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kathrin R\u00fcschenschmidt is Engineer Powerwoman<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Kathrin R\u00fcschenschmidt<\/strong> was named Engineer Powerwoman this year as part of WomenPower during the Hannover Messe Digital Edi-tion. She accepted the award after laudatory speeches by Dorothea B\u00e4r, Minister of State in the Federal Chancellery and Federal Government Commissioner for Digitalization, and Angela Josephs, Vice Chair of the WomenPower Congress Advisory Board and Director Corporate Communications at Phoenix Contact. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

R\u00fcschenschmidt holds a doctorate in physics. During her studies at the Westf\u00e4lische Wilhelms-Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnster, she already volunteered on the physics department council. As a women's representative, she inspired schoolgirls to take up physics as a STEM subject and advocated for female students and doctoral candidates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2019, she has been responsible for project portfolio management for new product developments and coordinates project managers at the power engineering manufacturer Emerson worldwide in the Machine Automation division. Before joining Emerson, R\u00fcschenschmidt worked for Infinion Technologies as a design engineer and later as a project manager. She also founded the Women in STEM Chapter Laatzen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lumen appoints new Managing Director for EMEA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Annette Murphy<\/strong> has been appointed Managing Director for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) by Lumen Technologies. She will be responsible for Lumen's entire business in this key region, supporting the company's customers with a customer-first approach to optimize their success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She will be instrumental in enabling clients to capitalize on the opportunities of the fourth industrial revolution by leveraging Lumen's technology platform to harness their data, deploy next generation business applications and create digital experiences. Annette Murphy joins Lumen from Zayo, where she held several senior positions across sales, business and strategy teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President for Lit Services.
