Ikor and Matrix Technology are bundling solution offerings for system integration, cloud architecture and platform economy under the new umbrella brand X1F. By joining forces, the partners will further advance their buy-and-build strategy as a full-service IT provider. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a combined workforce of around 500 employees, the two companies will continue to operate independently under the leadership of the existing management. In addition to their duties as Ikor and Matrix board members, Lars Ackermann, Stefan Mock and Sven Geilich will lead the new holding company. Ackermann, who is also an Ikor board member, will assume responsibility as spokesman for the X1F management team and the role of Lead Insurance & Public Sector. <\/p>

Mock, who is also a member of the Matrix Management Board, will be responsible for technology as Lead Infrastructure & IT at X1F. Ikor CFO Geilich will be Lead Finance, HR & Organization of the new holding company.
