Red Hat plans to acquire StackRox, a specialist in container and Kubernetes-native security solutions. StackRox's integration with Red Hat OpenShift will provide enterprises with a holistic, open hybrid cloud platform through which they can securely develop, deploy and operate virtually any application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Red Hat OpenShift takes a layered approach to securing containers. With the acquisition of StackRox, Red Hat is expanding the native controls of the Kubernetes platform and moving security into the container build and CI\/CD phases to provide a cohesive solution for increased security across the IT stack and lifecycle. <\/p>
