The idea seems to have convinced many. But where does digital transformation begin and where does it end? Does switching off APO and switching on cloud-based IBP (Integrated Business Planning) already mean a Rise milestone? Does the existing SAP customer need its own process mining for Rise - before, after, whenever? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steffen Pietsch, Chief Technology Officer at the DSAG user association, said at this week's Technology Days press conference that not every customer has customizing or special solutions in place to the same extent; the closer the user gets to the SAP standard, the more Rise takes hold. A good SAP idea seems to get complicated. As of this week, longtime SAP employee Brian Duffy is the boss for Project Rise. An interview request from E-3 Magazine was turned down on the grounds that he needed to learn the Rise ropes first. <\/p>

Would Christian Klein like this answer? Ultimately, there is no time to lose in the digital transformation. The outgoing Siemens CEO Joe Kaeser attests that Germany is lagging behind digitally anyway. Accordingly, Rise together with Process Mining from Signavio should accelerate the S\/4 transformation.
