A small but fine SAP process consultancy from Gaul (aka Minden\/Westphalia) has developed the right magic potion to solve this difficult issue easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SAP add-on Receipt4S\u00ae provides retailers with a central entry point for auditing, archiving and managing all relevant data relating to the checkout process. In addition, there is another important function that has so far been hotly debated in terms of its practical implementation: Receipt4S\u00ae now also provides SAP-internal POS data, such as the SD invoice or the SAP cash book, with a signature by means of a technical security device (TSE for short).<\/p>

This signature ensures the auditability of receipt data - a key aspect of the German Cash Register Security Ordinance (KassenSichV), which was created specifically to increase the tamper-resistance of fiscally significant data. Receipt4S\u00ae is certified by SAP for both ERP and S\/4HANA systems and is already being used successfully by Ernstings Family, Tegut, Porta M\u00f6bel and other well-known food retailers and discounters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
