The road was slippery, but we were also traveling too fast and the smartphone in our hands took up too much of our attention.<\/p>\n

We are now skidding and skidding through world events. The state and the authorities bear responsibility and are fulfilling it better and better. The media and large corporations are also practicing responsibility, so that the SAP community is watching SAP spellbound and eagerly awaiting answers from Christian Klein and Jennifer Morgen. SAP is still silent. The major Sapphire event in Orlando in May has not yet been canceled, while Google canceled its I\/O 2020 event at around the same time weeks ago.<\/p>

What does SAP hope to gain by waiting? What is there to gain by keeping the community, existing customers and partners in the dark? The time that has elapsed could have been put to good use in preparing a successful online event. SAP could have used the familiar media platforms of the business and trade press to provide information and education.<\/p>\n

SAP remains silent and appears to be completely overwhelmed and helpless in the \"crisis\": not a word about Sapphire, no explanations about AnyDB and the ECC maintenance extension, no advice on crisis management and the disastrous share price.
