Neptune goes S\/4 Hana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As a long-standing SAP partner, Neptune Software has made the decision to introduce S\/4 Hana 1909, thus completing the step from SAP Fiori partner to customer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the medium term, many companies already working with SAP are preparing to switch to S\/4. The successor to SAP's former core product makes it possible to better meet specific customer requirements in a rapidly changing ERP environment. <\/p>

\"Fullsize\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Neptune Software also relies on the new ERP system and adapts the supplied user interfaces for desktop and touch devices to user requirements using its own Rapid Application Development Platform. Neptune's development platform has been certified by SAP since 2011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SAP 3D Logistics Cockpit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Swan presents the newly developed add-on \"SAP 3D Logistics Cockpit\". The new solution uses existing data from SAP EWM to create a virtual 3D warehouse image (digital twin), in which warehouse employees can intuitively control logistics activities via the SAPUI5 3D warehouse control center and guide forklift drivers to their destination using 3D indoor navigation. Users can optionally integrate location and movement systems from all providers or real-time location systems (RTLS) to transmit forklift movements to SAP in real time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The location systems, which are fully integrated into SAP, always know exactly where the pallets are in the warehouse and automatically recognize the goods when they are picked up onto a vehicle. This eliminates all the usual scanning and identification processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Centralized data backup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

DataCore Software announces that it has integrated its Sansymphony software-defined storage platform with Veeam's Universal Storage API plug-in. This enables customers using Veeam backup and replication to create snapshots and backups of VMware datastores provided by Sansymphony. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of this has minimal impact on productive operation. The joint solution is particularly attractive for companies that rely on a combination of high-performance premium hardware and low-cost, high-capacity storage to meet their primary and secondary storage requirements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In these heterogeneous IT environments, compatibility problems often cause faulty backup processes and a lack of efficiency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Certified integration with SAP S\/4 Hana Cloud<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Esker has announced that its accounts payable and order processing automation solutions are now certified for integration with SAP S\/4 Hana Cloud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This certification, provided by the SAP Integration and Certification Center, gives companies the assurance that Esker's intelligent automation solutions can work with their SAP S\/4 Hana cloud software. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Companies already using SAP solutions on S\/4 or planning to migrate can take advantage of Esker's cloud-based solutions to achieve greater efficiency and cost savings in their purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash processes with existing ERP systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Low-Code 2020: A clear vision<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mendix, a Siemens subsidiary and provider of low-code and no-code application development for enterprises, announces its predictions on the key technology trends that will influence low-code application development in 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the one hand, the multi-experience will take center stage. The demand from end users for customized, intuitive digital interaction options across multiple touchpoints, including mobile devices, web browsers and augmented reality, has already led to lasting changes in customer service and support across industries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, low-code will increasingly be used to retain customers and generate revenue. In the past, simple low-code applications were largely developed with a focus on operational excellence and cost savings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are now seeing low-code being used for large-scale customer loyalty and B2B programs that lead to higher sales. The new dream team: Citizen integrator and developer. In 2020, non-tech-savvy business experts will be empowered to solve enterprise-wide data discovery and exploration challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These tools will enable people working outside the central IT integration teams to become Citizen Integrators. The new Citizen Integrators will be able to identify and reuse business functions that improve the employee and customer experience and create measurable value for the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Three SAP-certified integrations for S\/4 Hana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A total of three Blackline accounting automation tools have been certified by the SAP Integration and Certification Center for integration with S\/4 Hana 1909: Blackline Connector (for extracting data from SAP), Blackline Web Services Connector (for sending data) and Blackline Smart Close. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest Blackline certifications are compatible with earlier versions of SAP software and are also certified for their use. The integrations help companies to further automate tasks in their SAP solutions by automatically extracting data from source systems and importing it into the Blackline platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

New SAP silver partner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Prego Services is entering the new decade as an SAP Silver Partner. In recent years, the IT service provider has acquired its expertise as part of the SAP PartnerEdge \"Services\" program by participating in training and qualifications and has now had its extensive capabilities confirmed by SAP through corresponding employee and company certifications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The range of services was demonstrated in particular for strategic management consulting, integrations and project implementations of SAP solutions and SAP modules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

HR portal for SAP<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

T.Con's HR Portal 4.0 solution has received the \"SAP Certified Built on SAP Cloud Platform\" certification from SAP for the fourth time. The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) thus confirms that the solution was developed and is implemented in accordance with the SAP guidelines for SAP Cloud Platform Services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The certification ensures that companies are using the HR portal to drive forward the digitalization of their HR processes on a technologically sound basis. HR Portal 4.0 is designed as a solution for medium-sized companies that want to digitalize their HR processes and complements the SAP ERP HCM HR management system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Shared cloud power<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Microsoft and Genesys have expanded their partnership: with the new cloud service for contact centers, companies can significantly improve their interaction with customers. The omnichannel customer experience solution Genesys Engage runs on Microsoft Azure and is characterized by its security and scalability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can be used to securely link all touchpoints along the entire customer journey. Genesys Engage on Microsoft Azure will be available from the end of 2020. To accelerate adoption, both partners are offering Genesys Engage on Microsoft Azure as part of a joint co-selling and go-to-market strategy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the multi-tenant architecture of Genesys Engage on Microsoft Azure, companies can introduce innovations such as S\/4 Hana more quickly and increase their agility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
