These changes include consolidating areas of responsibility on the Board of Management. For example, Sales, Service and all corresponding organizational units with a focus on customer success will in future be bundled in the \"Customer Success\" board department and headed by Adaire Fox-Martin. Product Management, Development and Product Support will also be brought together under one board department and will in future be the responsibility of Thomas Saueressig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Board member and Chief Technology Officer J\u00fcrgen M\u00fcller\nwill drive the development of an integrated data management solution in the future,\nin addition to his holistic responsibility for SAP platform and technology development\ntechnology development and technologies for the intelligent enterprise.\nSaueressig and M\u00fcller's divisions will continue to work together.<\/p>

As part of these changes, most of the teams of the\nDigital Business Services will be fully integrated into the areas of responsibility\nresponsibilities of Fox-Martin and Saueressig.
