For example, 50 percent of the IT managers surveyed worldwide believe that IT budgets are not sufficient to actually deliver customized solutions on a large scale - whereas more than two thirds of business decision-makers do not see any challenges with budget levels.<\/p>

At the same time, however, both sides recognize that the pipeline for change requests for IT solutions is becoming increasingly full and that these can hardly be fulfilled, or only after months or even years.
