Here, customers have direct access to important business processes based on SAP Commerce and can, for example, submit product certifications or apply for the use of Lenzing brands with just a few clicks.

Previously, these processes were handled using PDF documents via e-mail channels. The result: this procedure was very time-consuming for both the customers and Lenzing and was also laborious due to manual handling, which also impaired customer satisfaction.

The new portal is now fully customer-centric to ensure fast and efficient processing as well as improve the end-to-end customer experience. ecx.io and its IT experts with technical SAP know-how were the ideal partner for the project when Lenzing recognized the need for the portal in 2017.

Based on SAP's ten quality principles, it was planned from the outset to use the functions of the SAP Commerce Platform to make registration for corporate customers, the submission of certifications and the application for brand use quick and easy.

Recognized six times in a row

For the sixth time in a row, the IT services and consulting company Projekt0708 has been awarded SAP Recognized Expertise (REX) in the Human Capital Management (HCM) category for Germany.

In 2014, Projekt0708 received this status for the first time and has been able to continuously regain it since then.
