The purpose of the partnership is to work closely together in the future and join forces towards the market. In the future, M2MGO will become part of the Salt Software GmbH software unit to be founded.<\/p>\n

With this investment, Salt Solutions is adding data-driven services and products to its portfolio to support digital business models. These significantly reduce time-to-market costs because they enable innovative ideas to be quickly turned into new business models.<\/p>

For example, M2MGO users are able to create apps themselves without having to write a single line of code - such as for real-time monitoring of production conditions in the smart factory.<\/p>\n

With M2MGO's expertise, Salt Solutions is now in an even better position to successfully support companies in their digital transformation. Together, the two companies are creating end-to-end digital processes on a platform that can be implemented on-premises, in a cloud, in a multi-cloud or in any hybrid variant.<\/p>\n

This creates full transparency in real time, which is a necessary prerequisite for the partial or full automation of the supply chain.<\/p>\n
