Atos intends to combine this with its wholly owned subsidiary Energy4u, which is part of its Worldgrid activities. X-Perion is an IT consulting firm specializing in SAP applications in the energy sector. Its portfolio complements that of Energy4u. This also focuses on the energy market.<\/p>

Atos Information Technology is to acquire the shares of X-Perion. Energy4u and X-Perion will start joint marketing.<\/p>\n

Customers of both companies will benefit from an expanded product and service portfolio with IT solutions that specifically cover the requirements of the energy and utilities industry.
