The world of work is changing permanently. Zukunft Personal Europe has been networking the HR community as an anchor point in change for 20 years. This year, the motto is \"Leading in Permanent Beta\".<\/p>\n

On the question of what changes the digital transformation has already triggered in the world of work, IBM Germany and the Verdi trade union sponsored a study and conducted it in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the results of which will be discussed in a panel discussion with the Federal Minister of Labor, Hubertus Heil.<\/p>
