While this figure was still 48 percent in 2014, only 45 percent now made such a forecast.<\/p>\n<p>The proportion of those who see a constant value increased only minimally from 47.9 to 49.8 percent. In the current survey, 5.2 percent saw the need to lower their own hourly rate. In the previous year, this figure was 4.1 percent.<\/p>\n<p>The 2015 hourly rate survey will continue for a few more weeks. IT and engineering freelancers can continue to contribute their personal assessments and empirical values.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a first evaluation of the large hourly rate survey 2015 of the IT staffing agency Gulp showed, 45.4 percent of the respondents -
