With the agreement of the merger, ISec7 and Berkley aim to expand their global reach and strengthen their market presence in the UK. Together, the two companies aim to provide improved service and support to their international customers.<\/p>\n

The merger creates a platform to further drive marketing and sales of ISEC7 products through a UK subsidiary. Since 2014, the companies have maintained a strategic partnership under which ISec7 products and services are distributed.<\/p>
