The \"Germany - Land of Ideas\" initiative and Deutsche Bank honor ideas and projects that provide solutions to the challenges of digital change.<\/p>\n<p>The company received the award for its networked production in the spirit of Industry 4.0. The award, presented by SAP, recognizes exceptional use cases where customers are using the Hana platform to transform their business or society.<\/p>\n<p>Marco Lenck, Chairman of the DSAG Executive Board, praised the company at the award ceremony with the words <em>\"Molecular Health is using Hana in a way that is most helpful to people; by providing support in finding a personalized therapy for the treatment of cancer, we can save so many lives.\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>SAP-Microsoft Unite Partner<\/h3>\n<p>Campana &amp; Schott has won this year's \"SAP-Microsoft Unite Partner Connection Innovation Award\". The newly developed CS Project Cost Add-In solution came out on top against numerous competitors. This makes Campana &amp; Schott one of only around 20 companies worldwide that belong to the SAP-Microsoft Unite Partner Connection.<\/p>\n<p>SAP Gateway for Microsoft enables real-time data transfer between SAP and Microsoft applications. Based on this, Campana &amp; Schott has developed an Office add-in that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Project Online in the cloud.<\/p>\n<p>This allows project managers to check project costs in real time in their Microsoft application, while the finance and controlling departments process them in SAP R\/3. A modular architecture, graphical displays and a high level of transparency for the project manager round off the solution.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Invoice processing from a single source<\/h3>\n<p>Software4Professionals, manufacturer of the Yambs standard software suite for automatic document posting in SAP, and the Austrian enterprise content management (ECM) specialist Artaker Computersysteme have agreed a strategic partnership.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the cooperation is to offer solutions for automated SAP invoice processing from a single source. Based on Saperion and Kofax, Artaker offers comprehensive consulting, software solutions and services for capturing, managing, archiving and providing company information.<\/p>\n<p>The Yambs suite supplements this portfolio with applications for automatic document posting in SAP. It includes solutions for electronic banking, payment advice processing, incoming invoices, collective invoice documents and the processing of PDF files in SAP.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>University cooperation<\/h3>\n<p>Since the beginning of 2015, SAP consultancy Intense has been steadily expanding its cooperation with various universities. Both sides benefit from the direct exchange between the company and the university.<\/p>\n<p>Students from the Faculties of Computer Science and Business Informatics gain a direct insight into practical issues in SAP consulting and learn about content-related contexts through the inclusion of subject-specific and current topics.<\/p>\n<p>Through the long-term presence and support at the universities, the company benefits not only from an increase in awareness, but also from the interesting input from research and teaching and can adapt to the needs and expectations of future applicants through direct contact with students.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Wanted: Best developers of the year<\/h3>\n<p>With \"CamelotCODE2015\", Camelot ITLab is launching a developer competition specifically for students on technical degree courses. We are looking for innovative ideas, for example for mobile SAP applications, big data evaluations or tools for urban planning. Interested parties should register promptly so that they are among the first ten applicants to receive an invitation to the briefing event at Camelot ITLab's headquarters in Mannheim.<\/p>\n<p>Following the briefing event, the participants have 20 days to develop, test and optimize the selected task. The results are evaluated by a panel of experts during a presentation in Mannheim and the three best entries are awarded non-cash prizes.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Cloud CRM expertise<\/h3>\n<p>Sybit was able to prove its competence in the area of the SAP Cloud for Customer solution twice. When participating in the CRM Excellence Test 2015 organized by Stephan Bauriedel Unternehmensberatung, Sybit impressed with its comprehensive consulting and implementation expertise in the SAP Cloud for Customer solution.<\/p>\n<p>Every four years, leading CRM systems are tested by independent experts for the CRM Excellence Test. Based on a demanding test scenario, leading CRM system providers are invited to present their solution.<\/p>\n<p>The systems are tested to see whether they meet the requirements of an international industrial company. Sybit is one of this year's finalists in the New Cloud Value-Added Reseller of the Year category at the 2015 SAP Pinnacle Awards.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>SAP-based maintenance<\/h3>\n<p>IT-Informatik is adding another module to its SAP-based maintenance solution Opra. The maintenance cockpit can be used in combination with other Opra modules or individually as a stand-alone cockpit.<\/p>\n<p>All relevant maintenance including the relevant processes are clearly displayed, provide an overview of the status and important information and enable the initiation and organization of further processes and tasks.<\/p>\n<p>The cockpit is rounded off by the numerous jumps to all corresponding documents as well as functions such as scheduling, calculating and simulating maintenance plan dates.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Evolution in the archive<\/h3>\n<p>The archiving solution neDatabridge for SAP ArchiveLink Edition 1.0 has received the \"SAP Certified - Integration with SAP NetWeaver\" certification from SAP.<\/p>\n<p>This provides SAP users with an archiving solution that can store data both in complex ECM infrastructures (Enterprise Content Management) and directly in storage systems.<\/p>\n<p>The solution was developed by Nextevolution, a Hamburg-based specialist in enterprise information management. For users of SAP solutions, the latest innovation means a noticeable increase in flexibility and a significant reduction in archiving costs.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Certified safe<\/h3>\n<p>PTS IT Services received an extremely positive rating in this year's IT security certification in accordance with ISO 27001:2013, confirming the high quality of the SAP partner's IT security.<\/p>\n<p>The auditors from Datenschutz Cert were impressed by the specially developed Sharepoint solution. In contrast to conventional solutions - mostly Excel spreadsheets - PTS relies on an integrated system of guidelines, measures and tools based on Sharepoint.<\/p>\n<p>The information security management system (ISMS) thus provides all employees with the necessary information centrally. In this way, information security is permanently defined, controlled and continuously improved. PTS developed a mask that both provides the employees with the information they need and maps the risk management.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Extended security<\/h3>\n<p>Large companies in the key EU markets of the UK, France and the Netherlands can now protect their business-critical enterprise software against dangerous cyber attacks with the officially SAP-certified security solution Onapsis Security Platform (OSP).<\/p>\n<p>OSP can automatically secure newly identified vulnerabilities immediately, even before SAP provides a patch for them. Onapsis is also aiming to become the market leader for IT security solutions that analyze and continuously monitor SAP infrastructures in the new markets.<\/p>\n<p>Onapsis is sticking to its successful strategy and focusing on direct communication with Chief Information Security Officers (CISO) in large companies. Onapsis solutions are sold and implemented via proven sales partners such as resellers and system houses.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>House connection processes in SAP<\/h3>\n<p>IT service provider Prego has optimized order processing for house connections in SAP at Stadtwerk am See in Friedrichshafen. The energy supplier now has a highly automated process with dynamic forms and self-populating Word templates.<\/p>\n<p>Historically, the order processing of household connections mapped by Stadtwerk am See in the SAP Core system showed potential for optimization in some areas.<\/p>\n<p>Quotations and orders for new gas, electricity or water connections were mapped in the SAP Sales &amp; Distribution (SD) module, while connection-related services such as the decommissioning of connections, the provision of construction site electricity and water or lines for Internet connections were mapped in a different module.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Faster to the customer<\/h3>\n<p>IBSolution has released 3.1.11 of the SAP add-on Agimendo.Process, an innovative add-on developed by IBsolution. The add-on software for SAP solutions is now available.<\/p>\n<p>The solution is designed for employees and managers in the company who carry out complex planning and reporting processes and coordinate a large number of participants.<\/p>\n<p>The product offers the option of mapping the entire company-specific workflow and actively monitoring and controlling the process using a \"traffic light system\". The new version of the installation and customizing guide is also available in the Aagimendo Aacademy<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>SAP data classification<\/h3>\n<p>Secude presents Halocore for Data Classification, its new data security and governance solution for SAP. This enables efficient management of documents exported from SAP in downstream systems.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the first data classification and audit functions directly integrated into SAP and the blocking of downloads, the solution offers the best prerequisites for ensuring the security of sensitive data.<\/p>\n<p>Halocore for Data Classification improves the security of SAP data, prevents data loss and ensures compliance.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Healthy automation<\/h3>\n<p>Cosucra, a Belgian manufacturer of natural food ingredients, is now automating its accounts payable processes with a solution from Esker, a provider of solutions for automated document processes and a cloud pioneer.<\/p>\n<p>The Esker solution for accounts payable is integrated into Cosucra's SAP system. This saves time when entering invoice data, automates the checking process and also reduces the paper archive thanks to electronic archiving.<\/p>\n<p>Cosucra wanted to automate the processing of its 15,000 accounts payable invoices per year. The company was looking for a user-friendly solution that could be implemented quickly and had an interface to the new SAP system. It also needed to be possible to implement additional workflows.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>3-second monthly reports<\/h3>\n<p>Turkey's largest online retailer, Hepsiburada.com, is moving from disk-based servers to the Hana platform. The SAP Business Warehouse application, powered by Hana, provides Hepsiburada.com with a real-time view of customer orders and inventory, helping to respond to orders immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Using the new application, Hepsiburada.com now prepares deliveries within one hour of receiving the order, providing a better and faster service for its customers.<\/p>\n<p>Hepsiburada.com has also benefited in terms of the size of data processed, which has become 4.5 times smaller, and monthly reports, which can now be generated within three seconds instead of taking 42 minutes as before.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Smart Meter Pilot<\/h3>\n<p>EWE Netz relies on the BTC AMM solutions for testing the functions and processes of Gateway Administration (GWA) and Meter Data Management (MDM).<\/p>\n<p>In the trial, the Gateway Manager and Meter Data Manager offering as Software-as-a-Service from BTC's ISO27001-certified data center is being put through its paces with regard to the overarching processes.<\/p>\n<p>Following the licensing of the comprehensive smart metering solution by EWE, the next step in intelligent metering is now being taken with BTC AG.<\/p>\n<p>The current project serves both to pilot solutions and their interaction as well as to test the processes and use cases developed by the area supplier with a very high proportion of EEG in practice.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>New brand and website<\/h3>\n<p>The Walldorf-based technology company Realtech presents its new brand identity. The central element is the redesigned website.<br \/>\nThe company's core competencies of software and consulting are combined.<\/p>\n<p>The website also reflects the recent change of name to Realtech Deutschland GmbH, in which the former Realtech Software GmbH, Realtech Consulting GmbH and Realtech Services GmbH merged into one company.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"By merging the Software and Consulting divisions, we can focus our offering more strongly and develop it in an even more customer-oriented way\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p>explains Hensel.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Implementing Industry 4.0 based on models<\/h3>\n<p>LieberLieber is involved in Industry 4.0 by cooperating with a Christian Doppler laboratory and at the same time wants to demonstrate what is already possible today with model-based systems engineering.<\/p>\n<p>There are many similarities between the concepts behind model-based system development and the ideas of Industry 4.0. For example, Industry 4.0 is based on the comprehensive exchange of information between all suppliers, customers and manufacturers involved in the production process.<\/p>\n<p>Model-based system development addresses the same problem and solves it by using a central model memory.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Gripping augmented reality<\/h3>\n<p>Inconso, a consulting and software company specializing in logistics solutions with a focus on SAP EWM, has presented its first own IT solution to support packing processes in the warehouse.<\/p>\n<p>With AR (augmented reality) Pack Check, the packing process is supported by an integrated camera on the smart device of your choice. The goods to be packed are automatically recognized by the app via smart glasses, smartphone or tablet and enriched with data from the backend system.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as the goods have been recorded, the app supports the user in selecting and positioning them. The digital content (text, HTML, image, video or 3D representations) to be displayed on the goods to be packaged and the corresponding target packaging can be flexibly configured.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Simple financial reporting worldwide<\/h3>\n<p>Tableau Software, a provider of analytics software, enables GfK, Germany's largest market research institute, to conveniently monitor key financial figures with an intuitive financial dashboard.<\/p>\n<p>GfK offers a unique combination of consumer, retail and media data. The market research company links this data using innovative technologies and scientific methods.<\/p>\n<p>By providing a reliable basis for decision-making, the company helps its customers around the world to increase their competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"We are particularly interested in the visual representation and the connection of existing data sources - especially our SAP business warehouse system\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This was the feedback from the project management and the specialist department at GfK.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Classification solution<\/h3>\n<p>Simus Systems in Karlsruhe is now delivering the new version 7.2 of its simus classmate software suite. Companies with their own product development in industry can now put an end to the wasteful handling of product-related data that is created and used in 3D CAD systems, PDM solutions or ERP systems such as SAP. This data economy leads to greater efficiency in all areas of the company.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Returns management for SAP One<\/h3>\n<p>Returns represent a workload and costs that retailers can now optimize noticeably with the solution from Bob Systeml\u00f6sungen. It is based on the Bob picking software.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"The goal of our returns and complaints management for SAP Business One is to record and process returns as quickly as possible\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p>explains Sebastian Taplick, Managing Director of the SAP system house.<\/p>\n<p>Returns and complaints management optimizes the sub-steps associated with this process.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h3>Hana certified<\/h3>\n<p>With its re-certification, FIS Xee has achieved certification for the Hana in-memory platform for the first time. The SAP Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) certifies the integration of the FIS solution into ERP under Hana and the use of standardized integration technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Fully integrated into SAP, Xee is used to integrate different application systems (A2A) and business partners (B2B) into your own company processes.
