With the portal software Intrexx, SAP was to be expanded to include individual contract management. Around 700,000 insured persons mean an immense number of contracts.<\/p>\n

Classic patient contracts are managed in SAP. For the other contracts, management in the standardized SAP system is not provided.<\/p>

An adaptation of the SAP system was out of the question, as this would have been very time-consuming and expensive. The advantages of the standard software were not to be squandered through customization.<\/p>\n

The desired new contract management was much easier to integrate thanks to the view beyond SAP. The management of the so-called non-reportable contracts was to be implemented with Intrexx and seamlessly integrated into the SAP environment.<\/p>\n

Appearance and handling should be closely oriented to the familiar system. This should ensure that employees can work with the new tool even without training.<\/p>\n

AOK Saxony-Anhalt relies on SAP.
