This means that the web store, field and office sales, and management can access the same data in SAP ERP without interfaces that are susceptible to interference.<\/p>\n<p>The entire EMEA sales region of the Power Tools division is to work with sales processes based on the ITML Smart Business Client and a tablet-based app in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The first areas are already productive. In the final stage, more than 350 users will be supported by the CRM solution in their daily work.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To strengthen direct contact with end customers in
