The two companies have been working closely together on various projects since the end of last year. Together, they offer customers efficient digitalization solutions and provide experts for digital transformation.<\/p>\n

As a logical step in this collaboration, Arvato Systems S4M and Nionex, both part of the Arvato Systems Group, have now been merged.<\/p>

Nionex is merged with Bertelsmann Group sister Arvato Systems S4M.
