SAP uses Fieldglass as a central, single point of access for contact with more than 20,000 external workers from numerous service providers and global partners.<\/p>\n

An end-to-end process for managing external labor and related expenses for services should thus be available to SAP.<\/p>

Fieldglass is currently being phased in by SAP across the external workforce program in the U.S., Canada and Germany.<\/p>\n

Once completed, it will be used worldwide to manage all temporary staff and services based on specifications (SOW), as well as requirements of all types (rfX), such as information, tenders, bids, tenders.<\/p>\n

Similarly, identity management for the entire global external workforce will be done with Fieldglass.<\/p>\n
