TECE produces building technology solutions, such as drinking water, heating and sanitary installations, at five locations. The medium-sized company sells its products nationally and internationally via 22 subsidiaries and numerous trading branches.<\/p>\n

TECE has introduced the SAP-based ERP industry solution it.manufacturing from Itelligence in order to standardize and transparently implement business processes based on cross-location consolidated and automated data and value flows and to efficiently manage the expansion. The preconfigured, integrated and future-proof industry package replaces the Foss ERP software and various isolated solutions.<\/p>

More space for core tasks<\/h3>\n

As data on orders, purchase orders, materials or stock is exchanged between the companies with IT support, intercompany processes run quickly, smoothly and securely.<\/p>\n

End users in the new ERP system can also access up-to-date information at any time. This leaves more time for core tasks such as the development of new products and services or customer support.<\/p>\n

In particular, the long-term partnership with customers, who are also regularly involved in the development of new products, is a competitive factor for TECE.<\/p>\n

In the new, integrated IT landscape, SAP CRM therefore supports efficient and targeted customer care as a central working platform for the processes in marketing, sales and service.<\/p>\n

Better decisions with valid reports<\/h3>\n

Management now has an overview of the company's economic development at all times thanks to up-to-date, valid and graphically appealingly visualized key figure reports and can make prompt decisions.<\/p>\n

For this purpose, the ERP data from all business areas is extracted into an SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW) and prepared there for reporting and analysis purposes. The required reports are then created quickly and easily using the convenient front-end tools from the SAP BusinessObjects portfolio.<\/p>\n

The company has also optimized other processes. Electronic communication with courier, express and parcel service providers (CEP service providers) and freight forwarders can now be fully integrated into it.manufacturing with the it.x-press add-on. And special functions of the SAP-based industry solution<\/p>\n

it.trade also simplify and facilitate trading and logistics processes.
