The focus of the G.I.B consulting unit is the company-specific process optimization of the customer. The starting point is the determination of the actual state in the company processes.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, data validity is checked, because only if the \"right\" data is fed into the system can \"real\" optimization points be determined. Using the Dispo Cockpit modules in full functionality, GAPs are now revealed, promising parameter changes are simulated, and various inventory management requirements are run through.<\/p>

The critical examination of reorder points, safety stocks, lot sizes and replenishment times alone represents a highly efficient starting point. Those who additionally dare to review the underlying key figures (dead stock, inventory holdback, capital turnover, cash flow, material consumption) will identify considerable savings potential in the company.<\/p>\n

The results and suggestions are then compared with the actual state in order to decide where actual process optimizations should be implemented. These are first simulated in the tool and later implemented in live operation.<\/p>\n

If desired, this can also be accompanied by G.I.B consultants. These complex consulting services are of course carried out in close coordination with the project manager and involved employees of the customer.<\/p>\n

The duration of such process optimization projects depends on the number of process steps targeted, the quantity of plants to be considered and, last but not least, the scope of the customer's product range.<\/p>\n

In-house training<\/h3>\n

If you want to train entire user groups rather than just individual beginners, you should take advantage of G.I.B's in-house consulting services. Here, an individual training package is put together with the customer that meets all requirements and is tailored to the corresponding user group or department.<\/p>\n

The great advantage of this type of training: customer-specific problem cases can be discussed and the company's real data can serve as the basis for training.<\/p>\n

G.I.B Academy<\/h3>\n

Since 2011, the G.I.B Academy has offered a wide range of training courses for users of the G.I.B Dispo Cockpit. Key users and also newcomers from all companies and groups have the opportunity to call up their desired training package in small groups of a maximum of ten people in the modern and well-equipped training rooms in Siegen.<\/p>\n

Thus, G.I.B offers another qualification opportunity for the users of the G.I.B Dispo-Cockpit in addition to the individual training in their own company. During the event, there will be an opportunity for exchange with other users of the SAP add-on.<\/p>\n

Important technical issues are often discussed that go far beyond the application of the software. In this way, the participants not only learn from the G.I.B experts, but also benefit from the know-how and experience of the other participants.<\/p>\n
