Devoteam Alegri has set itself the task of creating a win-win situation here: With an assessment of the current situation and the definition of goals, a master plan can be created. This contains both necessary precursor projects as well as corresponding conversions and innovations of the business processes.<\/p>\n

This master plan can be used to present and justify the planned approach both internally and externally. Using the Devoteam-Alegri-Optimization-Services, a part of the required budget can often already be made available through optimizations.<\/p>

The Devoteam-Alegri-S\/4-Booster enables the business departments to experience the innovations of S\/4 Hana with their own data and processes quickly and at an early stage. This means that the design thinking phase can be carried out in a more goal-oriented, practical manner and optimized in terms of costs and times.<\/p>\n

In parallel, technical changes are implemented together with Devoteam Alegri and framework conditions are validated so that the first PoC can be started in the short term. After joint additions to the master plan, SAP systems are then implemented in a targeted manner with a corresponding cut-over plan.<\/p>\n

This minimizes downtimes and the effort required on the business side, and the benefits of digital transformation can be realized as early as possible.<\/p>\n

Devoteam Alegri accompanies all these phases with experience, expertise and a pragmatic, goal-oriented approach. If necessary, training on new technologies can be provided, temporary peak loads can be absorbed by consultants, and the customer's employees can thus be optimally prepared for the changes.
