Temporary work is becoming increasingly popular. This is the result of a representative survey of employees in Germany conducted by L\u00fcnendonk & Hossenfelder in cooperation with the personnel service provider Orizon.<\/p>\n

The motivation for this is manifold: as a job during studies, after training or unemployment to (re)enter professional life or to get to know various potential employers without risk.<\/p>

27% of people currently in employment in Germany have already had experience with temporary work. The rate is lowest among the over-60s (14%), while 35% of 30 to 39-year-olds have already worked in temporary employment.<\/p>\n

At 26%, the proportion of under 20-year-olds is also high. Here, temporary employment is due to temporary work, orientation before or after training and the employment of unskilled people.<\/p>\n

It is also interesting to observe how the preferred way of looking for a new job has changed. In addition to traditional direct applications for advertised positions, the working population in Germany considers the use of a recruitment agency to be particularly promising.<\/p>\n

This means that recruitment agencies are more popular for job searches than unsolicited applications, hiring personnel consultants and headhunters or using the Federal Employment Agency, which came in last place.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
