<\/a><\/div>\nBy outsourcing IT to AES, Hamm Reno aims to obtain the required IT services at least at the current quality level, continuously improve processes, increase flexibility, benefit from technological innovations at an early stage, and reduce costs in the process of all this.<\/p>\n
Michael Schmidt, board member at AES, says of the acquisition:<\/p>\n

We look forward to welcoming them to our team.\"<\/em><\/p>\n In order to be able to concentrate on its own core competencies and to conserve financial and human resources, Hamm Reno outsources its IT operations to Allgeier Enterprise
