Under the new name Devoteam Alegri, the existing portfolio around Digital Workplace, Cloud Transformation, IoT, DevOps, Agile IT and S\/4 Hana will be further advanced.<\/p>\n

Devoteam Alegri takes over all existing contracts, rights and obligations of Alegri by way of legal succession. This does not result in any changes for the cooperation with customers and suppliers; the general terms and conditions as well as all terms and conditions of delivery and sale and framework agreements remain valid unchanged.<\/p>

Terms and conditions agreed with customers and suppliers will be adopted unchanged. Thus, the change of name can rather be seen as a rebranding. Devoteam is an international IT consulting company headquartered in Paris with investments in 18 countries in EMEA. The company specializes in the digital transformation of large companies.<\/p>\n

With the guiding principle \"We are #digitaltransformakers\", the company clearly formulates its claim to leadership in solving current challenges in enterprise IT.<\/p>\n
