He said that there are enough SAP software tools to build resilient bridges between S\/4 and Qualtrics. Even if Plattner solves the \"integration problem\" in his own way, existing SAP customers see the challenge differently.<\/p>\n

On the occasion of Sapphire, Marco Lenck, Chairman of the Board of the German-speaking SAP User Group (DSAG), gave an overview of SAP's corporate acquisitions:<\/p>

\"Ariba, Hybris, Concur, Fieldglass, Callidus and most recently Qualtrics: SAP's acquisition policy in recent years has led to a massive need to bring systems and master data together. <\/em><\/p>\n

We see that the solutions purchased from SAP still involve certain integration difficulties. We have already communicated to SAP that the integration of the individual components is not yet satisfactory. <\/em><\/p>\n

From our perspective, there are indications that SAP is already working on further integration and, as announced at Sapphire, is offering an initial solution in the area of customer management with the Customer Data Cloud.\"<\/em><\/p>\n

SAP Executive Board member Christian Klein, who was chosen by Bill McDermott to solve the issue of \"integration\", was also only able to give visions and forecasts in Orlando as to how and when this will happen.<\/p>\n

End-to-end integration for all SAP cloud purchases therefore remains an unfulfilled dream. Perhaps Hasso Plattner is right once again with his idea of building bridges.<\/p>\n
