With Best-Blu, BTC is acquiring a consulting firm with extensive expertise in the field of business process automation (BPA). The second BTC acquisition is Best-Blu's \"sister\".<\/p>\n

SEC Selecta Energy Consulting GmbH from Kelkheim is a classic SAP consulting company that has focused on the SAP IS-U solution in the energy sector and is strengthening BTC's consulting resources in this field. Both companies will continue to work under their existing names and with their existing customer base.<\/p>

Dirk Thole, BTC board member responsible for finance and human resources, emphasizes that the employees of both consulting firms will remain in their familiar environment and support BTC projects as required.<\/p>\n

The current managing directors of both companies, R\u00fcdiger Schreiber (SEC) and Christian Rothberger (Best-Blu), will retain operational management. BTC will appoint Detlef Bartetzko as an additional managing director of the BPA section. SEC will also be managed by Andreas Kerker.<\/p>\n
