Instead of promoting the self-organization of teams (17 percent), companies tend to optimize existing processes (64 percent).<\/p>\n<p>Increasing efficiency is also more important (62 percent) than expanding agility (48 percent). Nevertheless, more and more employees are involved in digital projects alongside operational tasks. This creates tensions: 86 percent of respondents see conflicts in the prioritization between project and line tasks.<\/p><div id=\"great-2325018474\" class=\"great-fullsize-content-en\"
