The new digital assistant for SuccessFactors solutions is currently being tested with a limited number of customers in a beta program. It uses machine learning and guides employees through the respective application with spoken and\/or written questions or commands and suggests individual actions.<\/p>\n
The digital assistant draws on the SAP CoPilot and SAP Leonardo Machine Learning bot environment and offers a dialog-oriented user interface on the desktop or mobile device. It is also integrated into team platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Teams and seamlessly connected to the tools that employees use on a daily basis.<\/p>\n
The digital assistant automatically learns and understands what an employee is looking for. The dialog interface can then be used to find information and initiate measures.<\/p>\n

International deployment planning<\/h3>\n
MobileX, a provider of field service management solutions, has announced version 7.0 of its field service management suite. The latest version lays the technical foundation for better use of MobileX's mobile solutions and deployment planning in an international context.<\/p>\n
This will make it easier to use internationalization functions in both standard and customer-specific applications in the future. The new features of the MIP for Field Service mobile solution also include a module that allows technicians to record their travel expenses.<\/p>\n
They can enter expenses including receipts, flat rates and mileage in the application. The data is then transferred via the MobileX SAP ERP add-on to the SAP travel expense transaction PR05 for internal accounting and posting.<\/p>\n
